These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings made with Santé Farm & Wellness Retreat in Ryder Lake, Chilliwack, British Columbia. By booking a stay or event you agree to the terms below.
Bookings and confirmation
Retreat stays, elopements, corporate programs and private events are confirmed once our team has reviewed your request and you have received a written confirmation. Submitting a booking request through this website does not by itself guarantee availability.
Payments
Payments are processed securely online through Stripe. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CDN). Retreat rates begin at $1,995 CDN per person, as shown on the dates and rates page; final pricing for private events, corporate programs and elopements is confirmed in your written quote.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. Change and cancellation terms depend on the retreat or event type and are stated in your booking confirmation.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property, facilities and other guests with care and respect. Activities such as forest trails, cold plunge and sauna use carry inherent risks; please follow posted guidance and staff instructions, and consult your physician before participating in wellness activities if you have a medical condition.
