When you submit a booking request, contact form or event inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, group size and any notes you include. When you complete a payment, your card details are processed securely by Stripe — Santé never stores your full card number.

We use your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry, confirm and manage your booking, and communicate about your stay. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Payment card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and is subject to the Stripe privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function. Basic, aggregated visit information may be used to understand how guests find and use the site so we can improve it.
Data retention and your rights
Booking and inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to manage your stay and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
